Tambourine lessons! I only shared it because of Mamo-chan <3 , also that the telephones and KARA, I don't know who Yuusuke is or the guy with the pink tie at the front is but i think he is called "Hilarity", I don't know!?
So my plan for this page is rather than just post pictures all the time this page can try and cover and discuss all things Otaku related. So first thing I am doing is starting a Seiyuu series where we can discuss and hopefully learn a little about what in reality, makes the characters more than just drawings, their voice.
First up is probably the most well known of the male Seeyui: Mamoru Miyano
Born June 8th 1983 in the Saitama Prefecture of Japan.
Miyano is a voice actor, actor, and singer. He started his career in 1990 providing the voice for Riku the video game Kingdom Hearts before being given the lead role in his first anime - Wolf's Rain.
In 2007, for his role as Light Yagami (Death Note) he was nominated for two awards at the first Seiyu Awards: "Best Lead Actor Award" losing to Jun Fukuyama who played Lelouch Lamprouge (Code Geass) and "Best New Actor Awards" losing to Masakazu Morita who was playing Ichigo Kurosaki (Bleach).
He won his first award, "Best Voice Actor" at the 2008 Tokyo International Anime Fair for his portrayal of Light Yagami and Setsuna F Seiei (Mobile Suit Gundam 00).
In addition to voice acting Miyano has also appeared on camera. His first acting job was in 1992 in Tokusou Exceedraft, where he appeared in a flashback as a child in a yakuza member's past. In 2003 Miyano joined the cast of The Prince of Tennis Musical, playing Tetsu Ishida. He made his film debut in 2006's The Prince of Tennis.
On May 28, 2007 on the King Records label, Miyano debuted as a singer with the single "Kuon" (Eternity). "Kuon" debuted at number 47 on the Oricon charts and was used as the ending theme song for anime series Kōtetsu Sangokushi. On March 11, 2009 Miyano released his debut album "Break", which debuted at number 20. On April 11, 2009, a month after the release of his album, Miyano went on his first tour, 1st Live Tour 2009: Breaking. In 2013, Miyano made his first appearance in on NHK’s music variety show Music Japan.
With a anime resume including such roles as: Taichi Mashima - Chihayafuru Light Yagami - Death Note Masaomi Kida - Durarara!! Rin Matsuoka - Free! Setsuna F. Seiei - Mobile Suit Gundam 00 Ling Yao - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Saruhiko Fushimi - K Shoutarou Fuwa - Skip Beat Tamaki Suoh - Ouran Koukou Host Club Death the Kid - Soul Eater Shiki Kagurazaka - Starry☆Sky Rintarou Okabe - Steins;Gate Tokiya Ichinose - Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Zero Kiryuu - Vampire Knight Kiba - Wolf's Rain
It's easy to see his talent and the reason that again and again he gets big main roles in anime.
:( It's really bad quality, but if you don't know who Mamo-chan is then just watch this! He's the voice of Light Yagami (Kira) and Tamaki from Ouran High school Host Club! But he is also Tokiya Ichinose (Hayato) from Uta no Prince-sama, Including (Hayato) Tokiya's singing! He's a very good singer! I share one of his songs,k! <3
